Built MindMastery after experiencing the Golden Prisoner pathology firsthand — achieving every external milestone while experiencing internal constraint. Over two decades in corporate technology (Nokia) and 11+ years in the Finnish Air Force taught him systems thinking and the cost of misaligned structures.
