Terms of Service

1. Agreement to terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Client”) and Gnosis Oy, operating as MindMastery. By engaging our services, submitting a consultation request, or accessing sovereigncaptain.com, you accept these Terms in full.

Governed by Finnish law. Disputes resolved under Helsinki District Court jurisdiction.

2. Services provided

MindMastery provides Life Architecting services (Sovereignty Architecture) — systematic renovation of identity architecture for leaders experiencing the Seven Core Problems: Success Anhedonia, The Fear Tax, Urgency Hijack, The Amplifier Trap, Identity Fusion, The Regulation Gap, and Isolation Lock.

What we are NOT

Licensed therapy or psychological treatment — we are not mental health professionals
Medical advice or treatment — consult qualified healthcare providers
Financial planning or investment advice — consult licensed financial advisors
Legal counsel — consult qualified attorneys

3. Service tiers & pricing

MindMastery operates a prescription-based service architecture. Clients are diagnosed into the appropriate engagement tier through the False Life Diagnostic — tiers are not self-selected.

Investment range: $997–$49,997 — determined by diagnostic prescription and engagement depth.

Tier 0–1 — Sovereignty Index & The False Life Diagnostic: Self-assessment and single-session diagnostic. Entry point and tier prescription.
Tier 2A–2C — Sovereignty Foundation / Architecture / Reconstruction: 1:1 transformation engagements ranging from 4 to 9 months, prescribed based on architectural complexity.
Tier 3 — The Command Table: Peer-level strategic deliberation for qualified executives. Pricing on qualification.
Tier 4 — Master Captain’s Liberation: Premium legacy architecture engagement by invitation. Earned through successful Tier 2 completion.

Payment terms

Tier 0–1: Full payment at booking
Tier 2: 50% deposit, remainder in agreed installments
Tiers 3 & 4: Annual or quarterly

Refund policy

No refunds once services have commenced. If we cannot serve your needs after initial consultation, your deposit will be refunded in full.

Transformation requires commitment. Our no-refunds doctrine ensures clients enter with sovereign intent, not safety-seeking behaviour that undermines architectural renovation.

4. Client responsibilities

Provide accurate and complete information
Attend scheduled sessions and implement frameworks with diligence
Communicate concerns promptly
Understand that you retain full sovereignty over all decisions

No guaranteed outcomes. Individual results depend on implementation quality and factors beyond our control.

5. Intellectual property

All frameworks, protocols, and materials (including the Authentic Command Framework, Seven Core Problems diagnostic model, Centaur Model, False Life Diagnostic, and Golden Prisoner Framework) are proprietary IP of Gnosis Oy / MindMastery.

You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for your own transformation purposes only. Prohibited: reproducing materials for third parties, using frameworks to deliver competing services, claiming authorship.

6. Confidentiality

All client information is strictly confidential. We will not disclose your identity, your situation, session content, or any materials you share. Exceptions: court orders, legal obligation to report imminent harm, regulatory compliance.

7. Limitation of liability

Gnosis Oy / MindMastery’s total liability shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the specific services in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, or decisions you make based on our guidance.

8. Termination

You may terminate at any time by written notice to [email protected]. You remain responsible for services already delivered. We may terminate if you violate these Terms, provide false information, or if we determine we cannot effectively serve your needs (in which case a prorated refund applies for undelivered services).

9. Governing law & disputes

Governed by Finnish law. Jurisdiction: Helsinki District Court. Before formal proceedings, both parties agree to communicate the concern in writing and attempt good-faith resolution.
